Pipe routing preferenceInterior is hidden inside and out the roof — cleaner look, costs more. "No preference" is a fine answer.

Existing passive radon pipe (stub)?A 3-4 ft white PVC pipe out of the foundation, usually basement or garage, often capped.

Does the home have a sump pit?A small pit in the basement floor, usually with a plastic cover and a pump cord.
