Radon enters your home because the air pressure inside is usually lower than the pressure in the soil beneath your foundation. This creates a vacuum effect, drawing the radioactive gas up through cracks and pores in the concrete.
We fix this using a method called Active Soil Depressurization (ASD). By installing a pipe into the sub-slab gravel and connecting it to a specialized fan, we reverse the pressure difference. The fan safely pulls the radon gas out from under your home and vents it above the roofline before it can ever enter your living space.

We mount a premium Festa AMG fan to actively draw radon gas out from under your foundation and vent it safely above your roofline.
The 2.7 Guarantee
The EPA recommends action at 4.0 pCi/L, but the World Health Organization recommends keeping levels below 2.7 pCi/L. We guarantee every system we install will bring your home's levels below 2.7 pCi/L, or we return, redesign, and fix it at no additional charge.
